We're excited to welcome Maxime Pradié, most recently the Chef de Cuisine of Lodi, to Claud for a one-night-only collaborative dinner. The special menu features alternating courses by Pradié as well as Joshua Pinsky and team.
Maxime Pradié has cooked professionally since age 19, spending the bulk of his career in New York City restaurants. His cooking is inspired by the people and traditions native to Southwestern France and Northwestern Italy where his family hails from. Maxime's food aims to honor his ancestors’ historical recipes and time-intensive, nourishing styles of home cooking, merging them with his own creative twists and refinements.
