Bon Appetit’s Kendra Vaculin is bringing Dining Room, her downtown dinner series, to Brooklyn this summer, linking up with friends to throw three Thursday night parties UPSTAIRS at Public Records. For the final installment, food writer and recipe developer Christina Chaey joins the kitchen, with a menu boasting all the best this shoulder season has to offer. Think kimbap stuffed with a rainbow assortment of raw, stir-fried, and pickled market vegetables, and a vegan twist on ssam featuring saucy, crispy pulled oyster mushrooms.
On music, delta lounge will be spinning all night, connecting the dots between boom bap, Balearic, and K-House.
