Nico’s been in New York for the past 8 years: working alongside Dominique Roy at Eleven Madison Park, as the chef de cuisine at Flora Bar with Ignacio Mattos, and was recently the culinary director of & Sons Hospitality.
But Nico’s biggest culinary journey was in the Netherlands where he was born and raised. He worked 8 years for DE LIBRIJE restaurant and finished as the sous chef at this incredible three Michelin star.
